How do I add dmarc record Namecheap?

Adding a dmarc record for Namecheap is fairly simple. First, navigate to the Namecheap account management page and select the “Manage” link in the header.

Then, click on the “Details” tab and scroll down to the “Dmarc Records” section. Here, you will need to add the following information:.

1. The Namecheap domain name (e.

g. Namecheap.com).

2. The dmarc record type (e. SPF).

3. The dmarc record value (e. v=spf1 a mx -all).

4. The IP address of the Namecheap server (e.g. 192.

168.1.100).

5. The email address of the Namecheap administrator (e. admin@Namecheap.

6. The date of the dmarc record (e. 2017-02-15).

7. The time of the dmarc record (e. 12:00 PM).

8. The domain name of the sender (e. yourdomain.

9. The domain name of the receiver (e.

Once you have completed the dmarc record form, click “Submit” and the dmarc record will be created. You can now verify the record by clicking on the “Details” tab and viewing the “Dmarc Record Details” section.

PRO TIP: If you are adding a DMARC record to your Namecheap account, please be aware that you need to add both a TXT record and an MX record. Failure to add both records will result in your DMARC record not working properly.

Here, you will find the dmarc record value, IP address, and email address of the Namecheap administrator.
