Discount codes are a great way to encourage customers to buy from your online store. They can be used to offer a percentage off the purchase price, or a fixed amount off the order total.
You can also offer free shipping with a minimum order amount. In this article, we’ll show you how to add multiple discount codes to your Shopify store.
Discount codes can be generated in the Discounts section of your Shopify admin. To create a new discount code:
1. In your Shopify admin, go to Discounts. 2. Click Add discount code. 3. Enter a Discount code name and Description. 4.
Choose the Discount type and enter the Discount amount. 5. Set the Usage limit, if desired. 6. Choose when the Discount starts and ends, if desired. 7. Click Save discount code.
Once you’ve created your discount code, you can add it to your store by creating a new page or adding it to an existing page:
1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages (or navigate to Online Store > Navigation). Click Add page (or Add link).
3. Enter a Page title and URL (optional). In the Content section, enter the following:

Enter your email address here to receive exclusive offers and discounts:
EMAIL ADDRESS
5. Click Save page (or Save link).
Your customers can now enter their discount codes at checkout, and they’ll receive the corresponding discount on their order total. If you offer free shipping with a minimum order amount, they’ll also see this information on the checkout page so they know what they need to spend to qualify for free shipping.
