Grunge textures are a great way to add an aged, weathered look to your photos and designs. Here’s how to apply a grunge texture in Photoshop:

1. Open your image in Photoshop. If you’re working with a layered file, make sure the layer you want to apply the texture to is highlighted in the Layers panel.

2. Choose the desired grunge texture from your collection.

Place it over your image as a new layer.

3. To change the size of the texture, go to Edit > Transform > Scale. Then, use the handles on the bounding box to resize the texture as needed.

4. Once you’re happy with the size of the texture, go to Edit > Transform > Warp.

This will allow you to position the texture exactly where you want it on your image.

5. To blend the texture with your image, set the layer mode to Screen or Lighten in the Layers panel.

6. Finally, add a layer mask and use a black brush to paint over areas of the texture that you want to hide.

Conclusion:

Applying a grunge texture in Photoshop is easy! Just open your image, choose a grunge texture from your collection, and place it over your image as a new layer.

Once you’re happy with the size of the texture, go to Edit > Transform > Warp. This will allow you to position the texture exactly where you want it on your image.
