Do you have a WooCommerce store? Do you want to know how to automatically print WooCommerce orders?

In this article, we will show you how to automatically print WooCommerce orders.

  1. First, you need to install and activate the Print Invoice & Packing Slip for WooCommerce plugin.
  2. Upon activation, you need to visit WooCommerce > Settings. This will take you to the plugin’s settings page.
  3. On the plugin settings page, you need to select the type of documents that you want to print. By default, the plugin will print both Invoices and Packing Slips.

If you only want to print one type of document, then you can uncheck the other option.

  4. You can also choose whether or not to display the company logo on documents. If you want to use your company logo, then click on the ‘Upload Logo’ button.
PRO TIP: If you are using a WooCommerce plugin to automatically print orders, please be aware that some plugins may print all orders, regardless of whether they have been paid for or not. This could lead to unwanted printing and wasted paper. Please check the settings of your plugin to ensure that only paid orders are printed.
  1. The plugin also allows you to add a custom footer text which will appear at the bottom of documents. You can use this footer text to display your company’s return policy or any other important information.
  2. Finally, click on the Save changes button. Your changes will now be saved.
