Once an order is complete, you can’t cancel it. If you have a problem with your order, please contact your seller directly to try to resolve the issue.
If you’re unable to reach a resolution with your seller, you can dispute the order.
To dispute an order:
-
Go to the Orders page.
-
Click the Completed Orders tab.
-
Hover over the More Options menu next to the relevant order and click Dispute Order.
-
Choose a reason for your dispute from the dropdown menu and click Continue to Dispute.
Note: When you dispute an order, the order is put on hold and the funds are not released to the seller until the dispute is resolved. If you and the seller are unable to come to a resolution, our Trust and Safety team will step in to help.
