If you have a Squarespace account and you want to change the password for a password-protected page, here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your Squarespace account and go to the Password-Protected Pages panel in the Home Menu.

2. Find the page you want to change the password for and click the Edit button.

3.

In the Page Password section, enter a new password in the Password field.

4. Click the Save button.

That’s all there is to it! Now when someone tries to access that page, they’ll need to enter the new password you’ve set.

PRO TIP: Warning – Changing a password protected page on Squarespace can be tricky. Make sure you know what you’re doing before proceeding.

Keep in mind that if you’re using a shared computer, it’s important to log out of your Squarespace account when you’re finished. Otherwise, someone else might be able to access your account and make changes without your permission.
