How Do I Change the Background of a Frame in Figma?

Last updated on September 28, 2022 @ 9:33 pm

Figma is a great tool for designers, and one of its best features is the ability to change the background of a frame. This can be done in a few simple steps:

1. Select the frame that you want to change the background of. 2. In the right sidebar, under the “Background” section, click on the “color” icon.

3. A color picker will appear – select the color that you want to use for the background. 4. That’s it! The background of your frame will now be updated.

If you want to style text within a frame, Figma also makes this easy to do. Simply select the text element that you want to style, and then use the “Text” section of the right sidebar to apply bold, italic, underline, or other formatting options.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with Figma, we recommend that you do not attempt to change the background of a frame. Doing so could result in the frame becoming distorted or unusable.
