When it comes to Figma, there are a few different ways that you can change the frame size without moving the content. Here are a few methods that you can use:

1. Use the resize options in the top menu

Click on the “Resize” tab in the top menu and then select one of the options from the drop-down menu. You can either resize by pixels, percentage, or constraints. If you want to keep your content in the same place, make sure to check the “Lock” icon next to each option.

2. Use the “Align and Distribute” options

Another way to change the frame size without moving the content is to use the “Align and Distribute” options. To do this, select all of the objects that you want to resize and then click on the “Align and Distribute” tab in the top menu. From here, you can use the options in the drop-down menu to change the frame size.

3. Use keyboard shortcuts

If you want to quickly resize your frame without using your mouse, you can use keyboard shortcuts. To do this, hold down “Shift” while pressing one of the arrow keys on your keyboard.

For example, if you hold down “Shift” and press the left arrow key, it will decrease the width of your frame. You can also hold down “Shift” and press multiple arrow keys at once to resize your frame in multiple dimensions.

Conclusion:
There are a few different ways that you can change the frame size without moving content in Figma. You can use the resize options in top menu, use keyboard shortcuts or use Align and Distribute options.

PRO TIP: If you change the frame size without moving content in Figma, your content will be positioned relative to the new frame size. This may result in some of your content being cut off or not visible.
