If you are having trouble accessing your GoDaddy account or website, clearing your cache may help. To clear your cache, follow these steps:

Log in to your GoDaddy account.

In the top left corner of the web page, click the gear icon.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to clear your GoDaddy cache, it is important to note that this can only be done through the GoDaddy website. There is no other way to clear your cache. Additionally, once you have cleared your cache, it cannot be undone.

On the Settings page, click the Webpage tab.

Under the Cache section, click the Clear Cache button.

Confirm that you want to clear the cache by clicking the Clear Cache button.

Your cache should be cleared and you should be able to access your account and website. If you continue to have problems, please contact GoDaddy customer service.
