How Do I Connect My Wix to Zapier?

If you’re using Wix to build your website, you can now connect it to Zapier to automate your workflows. With Zapier, you can connect Wix to over 1,000 apps to automate your workflows and save time on manual tasks. For example, you can automatically add new Wix contacts to your CRM, or send a notification to your team when someone books an appointment on your website.

To connect Wix to Zapier, you’ll first need to create a Zapier account. Once you’ve done that, follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your Zapier account and click “Make a New Zap! “
  2. Select “Wix” as the trigger app and choose the trigger event you want to use. For example, “New Contact. “
  3. Enter your Wix Site Name and API Key. You can find both of these in your Wix account settings.
  4. Test the trigger and make sure it works by clicking “Test & Continue. ”
    PRO TIP: If you are not careful, connecting your Wix account to Zapier can result in data loss. Make sure you have a backup of your Wix account before proceeding.
  5. Choose the action app you want to use. For example, “Gmail. “
  6. Select the action event you want to use. For example, “Send Email. “
  7. Fill in the action details and click “Continue. “
  8. Test the action and make sure it works by clicking “Test & Continue. “
  9. Give your Zap a name and turn it on.

Congratulations! You’ve just created your first Zap with Wix and Zapier.
