How Do I Contact Shopify Customer Service?

If you need help with your Shopify account, there are a few ways to get in touch with our customer support team. You can either use the live chat feature on our website, submit a ticket through our help center, or give us a call.

To chat with us:

1. Go to Shopify.com and log in to your account. 2. Click on the icon in the top right corner of the screen and select “Contact Shopify”.

3. Click on the “Live Chat” option. 4. Enter your question or issue into the chat box and hit “Send”.

To submit a ticket:

1. 3. Click on the “Submit a ticket” option.

4. Enter your question or issue into the box and hit “Submit”. 5. You will receive an email from us shortly with a link to your ticket. Please follow the instructions in that email to provide additional information or update us on the status of your issue.
