How Do I Contact Support Agent on UpWork?

There are a few ways that you can contact support on UpWork. The first way is to click on the “Help” tab at the top of the page.

Then, you will see a drop-down menu with several options. Click on the “Contact Support” option.

This will take you to a new page with a contact form. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible, and then click on the “Submit” button.

Another way to contact support is to click on the “My Jobs” tab and then select the job that you need help with. On the right-hand side of the page, you will see a “Need Help?”

PRO TIP: If you are having trouble with your account or a specific project on Upwork, you can contact customer support by clicking the “Get Help” link in the top right corner of the page. You will then be prompted to either search the Upwork Help Center for answers to your question, or submit a request to the customer support team.
