How Do I Contact Weebly for a Refund?

Weebly offers a refund for an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Weebly experience for any reason, please contact our Support Team to request a refund. Weebly does not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.

To request a refund, please contact our Support Team. Include the following information in your request:

  • Your Weebly account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • The last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
PRO TIP: Weebly does not offer refunds for their services. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may be able to cancel your subscription and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

Once our team receives your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
