There are a few different ways that you can convert sRGB to RGB in Photoshop, and the method that you choose will depend on what you’re trying to achieve. If you’re simply trying to change the color space of an image, then you can use the ‘Edit > Convert to Profile’ menu item. However, if you’re trying to edit an image in sRGB mode and preserve the colors, then you’ll need to use a different method.

The first thing you need to do is open your image in Photoshop. Then, go to the ‘Edit’ menu and choose ‘Convert to Profile’.

In the dialog box that appears, make sure that the ‘destination’ profile is set to RGB. You can also choose whether or not you want to embed the profile in the image. Generally, it’s best to embed the profile so that others can see what color space the image is in.

PRO TIP: When converting sRGB to RGB in Photoshop, it is important to note that the color space of the image will be changed. This may cause colors to appear different than they did in the original image.

Once you’ve converted the image to RGB, you can then start editing it. If you’re not sure how to edit in RGB mode, then there are plenty of tutorials available online. Just make sure that you don’t accidentally save the image back in sRGB mode, as this will cause all of your changes to be lost.

To avoid this, always check the ‘Color Mode’ setting before saving your image. If it says ‘sRGB’, then change it to ‘RGB’ before saving.

So, those are some tips on how to convert sRGB to RGB in Photoshop. Just remember to be careful when editing in RGB mode, as it’s easy to accidentally save over your changes.
