Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 2:01 pm

Adding products to a bundle in WooCommerce is a great way to increase the value of your products without having to increase the price. By bundling together products that complement each other, you can offer a package deal that is more appealing to your customers. Here’s how to create a bundle in WooCommerce:

1. Go to the Products page in your WordPress admin panel and click on the Add New button.

Give your product a name and add a description. Then, select the Product Type as Simple product from the dropdown menu.

2. Scroll down to the Product Data section and select Bundle from the Product type dropdown menu.

3. Now, you need to add the products that will be included in the bundle. To do this, go to the Included Products tab and click on the Add Products button.

4. A popup window will appear where you can search for the products you want to include in the bundle. When you have found the products you want, simply tick the checkbox next to each one and click on the Add to Bundle button.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to create a bundle in WooCommerce, please be aware that there are some potential risks involved.

First of all, please note that bundles can only be created for products that are already in your WooCommerce store. If you try to create a bundle for a product that doesn’t exist yet, you will receive an error message.

Secondly, please be aware that bundles will not work correctly if any of the products in the bundle have incompatible variations. For example, if you try to include a product with size “S” and another product with size “M” in the same bundle, the bundle will not work correctly.

Finally, please note that WooCommerce bundles are not compatible with all shipping methods. In particular, flat rate shipping does not work correctly with bundles. If you plan to use flat rate shipping, please make sure to test it thoroughly with your bundles before making it available to your customers.
