How Do I Create a Checklist in Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 2:33 pm

There are a few different ways that you can create a checklist in Canva. One way is to use the built-in checklist template.

To do this, go to the Templates page and click on the “Checklists” tab. From there, you can browse through a variety of different checklist templates and select the one that best fits your needs.

Once you’ve found a template you like, click on the “Use Template” button to get started. From there, you can customize the template to your liking by adding or removing items from the checklist, changing the colors or fonts, and adding your own images or logos.

PRO TIP: Canva is a great tool for creating visual content, but it’s important to be aware of the potential risks of using it. Canva is a cloud-based service, which means that your data is stored on their servers. This means that if their servers are hacked, your data could be compromised. Additionally, Canva’s terms of service allow them to sell your data to third parties, so your personal information could be shared without your knowledge or consent. If you decide to use Canva, be sure to read their terms of service carefully and only create content that you’re comfortable sharing with them.

Another way to create a checklist in Canva is to start from scratch using one of the blank canvas templates. To do this, go to the Templates page and click on the “Blank” tab. From there, you can select either a landscape or portrait orientation for your canvas.

Once you’ve selected an orientation, you can then add elements to your canvas by clicking on the “Add Elements” button in the top-left corner of the editor. From there, you can browse through a variety of different elements and drag-and-drop them onto your canvas.

If you want to create a checklist using one of these blank canvas templates, simply add a text box element and type out each item on your checklist. You can then format the text using the various text formatting options in the top-left corner of the editor. Once you’re happy with how your checklist looks, simply click on the “Download” button in the top-right corner of the editor to save it as an image or PDF file.
