  1. Log in to your Wix account and go to your dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Add” button and select “More” from the menu.
  3. Scroll down and click on the “Contact Form” option.
  4. A contact form will be added to your website. You can customize the form by adding or removing fields, changing the layout, and adding custom messages.
  5. To add a field to your contact form, click on the “Add Field” button and select the type of field you want to add (e.g. text field, email field, dropdown menu).
  6. To change the layout of your contact form, click on the “Layout” tab and select a layout from the options provided. You can also customize the appearance of your form by clicking on the “Design” tab and selecting a style from the options provided.
  7. To add a custom message to your contact form, click on the “Thank You” tab and enter your message in the text field. This message will be displayed to the user after they submit the form.
  8. Once you are satisfied with your contact form, click on the “Publish” button to make it live on your website.

To set up email notifications, click on the “Actions” tab and select “Send Email” from the options provided. Then, enter your email address and customize the subject and body of the email as desired. This will help you stay on top of all of the messages you receive through your contact form.
