How Do I Create a Daily Planner in Canva?

There are a few steps to creating a daily planner in Canva.

First, you need to create a new design. To do this, click on the “Create a design” button on the home page.

Then, select “Custom Dimensions” and enter 8.5 inches for the width and 11 inches for the height. This will give you enough space to add all of the elements you need for your daily planner.

Next, you need to add a background. You can either use a solid color or an image.

If you choose to use an image, make sure it is something that will not be too distracting. Once you have added your background, it’s time to start adding your content.

The first thing you’ll need to add is a title. Something like “Daily Planner” or “My Daily Schedule” would work well.

You can also add a subtitle with your name or the date range that the planner covers. After you have added your title, it’s time to start adding your content.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that the “How Do I Create a Daily Planner in Canva?” article on Canva’s website is out of date, and may not work as intended.

To do this, you’ll need to add a text box for each day of the week. You can either type out the days of the week manually or use Canva’s built-in text boxes. Once you have added your text boxes, it’s time to start filling them in with your content.

For each day of the week, you’ll need to add your schedule. Start by adding any appointments or events that you have for that day.

Then, fill in any other activities that you need to do that day. You can also use the text boxes to jot down notes or reminders for yourself.

Once you have filled in all of your content, it’s time to add some finishing touches. You can add borders or lines around each day to help keep things organized.

You can also add clipart or images to personalize your planner. When you’re finished, save your design and print it out.

Creating a daily planner in Canva is easy and only takes a few steps.
