In Photoshop, there are a few different ways that you can create a fire effect. One way is to use the filter called “Render Flame.” To do this, go to Filter > Render > Flame. This will open up the Flame filter dialog box.

You can format your text by using the < b > and < u > tags. To make your text bold, enclose it in < b > tags. For example, This is bold text. To make your text underlined, enclose it in < u > tags.
For example, This is underlined text. You can also use both tags together. For example, This is bold and underlined text. Experiment with different combinations of tags to see what looks best.
