There are a few different ways to create jump links in Squarespace. You can use the built-in anchor feature, or you can use HTML code.

To use the built-in anchor feature, first create a page or post where you want to add the jump link. Then, edit the page or post and click on the “Insert/edit link” icon in the toolbar.

In the “Insert/edit link” popup, enter the URL of the page you want to link to in the “Link URL” field. Then, enter the text you want to use for the link in the “Link Text” field. Finally, click on the “OK” button.

To add a jump link using HTML code, first edit the page or post where you want to add the jump link. Then, add the following HTML code:

Link Text

Replace “URL” with the URL of the page you want to link to, and replace “Link Text” with the text you want to use for the link.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that creating a jump link in Squarespace can be problematic and may not work as intended. If you are not careful, you may end up with a link that goes to the wrong place or doesn’t work at all.

You can also style your text using HTML tags. For example, you can make your text bold by adding tags around it. For example:

This is bold text

You can make your text italic by adding tags around it. For example:

This is italic text

You can underline your text by adding tags around it. For example:

This is underlined text
