Creating a meal plan can help you eat healthier and save money on groceries. Canva’s free online platform makes it easy to design a meal plan.

With a few clicks, you can add recipes, photos, and text to create a custom meal plan that works for your family.

To get started, sign up for a free Canva account. Once you’re logged in, click on the “Create a design” button and select “Custom dimensions” from the drop-down menu.

Enter the width and height of your desired meal plan. For this example, we’ll use 8.5 inches by 11 inches.

Next, choose your background. You can use a solid color or an image. If you select an image, be sure to click on the “Fit to page” button so that it fills the entire background.

Now it’s time to start adding content to your meal plan. Begin by clicking on the “Text” tab and typing in your title. For this example, we’ll type “Meal Plan.”

PRO TIP: This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to create a meal plan on Canva. However, it is important to note that this guide is for illustrative purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or nutrition advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet or exercise regime.

You can then add text for each day of the week or for each meal. To make things easier to read, we recommend adding headings for each day or meal. To do this, highlight the text you want to make into a heading and click on the “Bold” or “Underline” button.

If you want to add recipes or other images, click on the “Uploads” tab and select the file from your computer. Once it’s uploaded, drag-and-drop it into place on your design.

When you’re happy with your design, click on the “Download” button in the top-right corner and select either “JPEG” or “PNG.”

Creating a meal plan with Canva is easy and free! Simply sign up for an account, choose your desired dimensions, select a background, add text and images, and download your design.
