With this tool, you can create a seamless repeating pattern from any image. Another way to create a pattern background is by using the “Fill” command. With the Fill command, you can fill a layer with a repeating pattern.

To create a seamless repeating pattern, open the image that you want to use in Photoshop. Then, go to Edit > Define Pattern. Enter a name for your new pattern and click OK. Next, go to File > New and create a new document that is the size that you want your final repeating pattern to be.

Then, go to Edit > Fill and select Pattern from the drop-down menu. Choose your new pattern from the list of patterns and click OK. Your image should now be filled with a repeating pattern of your original image.

If you want to use the Fill command to create a repeating pattern background, open the image that you want to use in Photoshop. Then, go to Edit > Fill and select Pattern from the drop-down menu.

Choose your desired pattern from the list of patterns and click OK. Your layer should now be filled with a repeating pattern of your chosen image.
