How Do I Create a Pop Up Form in Squarespace?

There are two types of forms you can add to your Squarespace site: Pop-Up and Overlay. Pop-up forms appear as a lightbox, while overlay forms display directly on the page.

You can use either type of form to gather newsletter subscribers, schedule appointments, or collect any other type of information from your visitors.

To add a pop-up form to your site, follow these steps:
