As the owner of a WooCommerce store, you have the ability to create different types of users with different permissions. One type of user you can create is a Store Manager.

Store Managers have access to all aspects of your WooCommerce store, including the ability to add and edit products, process orders, and more. In this article, we’ll show you how to create a Store Manager in WooCommerce.

First, you’ll need to log in to your WordPress site as the administrator. Then, hover over the WooCommerce tab in the left-hand sidebar and click on Users.

On the Users page, you’ll see a list of all the users who have access to your WooCommerce store. To add a new user, click on the Add User button at the top of the page.

On the Add User page, you’ll need to enter the new user’s Username, Email Address, and Password. Once you’ve entered all of the required information, scroll down to the Role section and select Store Manager from the drop-down menu. Then, click on the Add User button.

Note: If you want to give your Store Manager access to your WordPress site as well, be sure to select the “administrator” role from the drop-down menu.

After creating a Store Manager in WooCommerce, they will have access to all aspects of your store. This includes adding and editing products, processing orders, and more. If you want to give your Store Manager access to your WordPress site as well, be sure to select the “administrator” role from the drop-down menu when creating their account.

PRO TIP: If you are not an experienced programmer, we recommend that you do not attempt to create a store manager in WooCommerce. Doing so could potentially break your site and cause irreparable damage.
