In Photoshop, the Stretch Effect is used to make an image appear stretched. This can be done by using the Free Transform tool or by using the Warp command.
To use the Free Transform tool, select the layer that you want to stretch. Then, go to Edit > Free Transform.
A bounding box will appear around the layer. To stretch the layer, click and hold on one of the corner handles of the bounding box and drag it outwards. You can also use the Free Transform tool to rotate, scale, or skew a layer.
To use the Warp command, go to Edit > Warp. A grid will appear over the layer.
To warp the layer, click and drag on one of the grid points. You can also use the Warp command to twist or bend a layer.
The Stretch Effect is a great way to change the look of an image. It can be used to make an image appear larger or smaller, to change its shape, or to add movement.
