Creating a subdomain in cPanel Namecheap is relatively easy. First, navigate to the cPanel Domain Manager and select the domain you wish to create a subdomain for.

Once inside the Domain Manager, click on the Domains button and then select the domain you wish to create a subdomain for.

Once inside the Domain Manager, you will see a list of domains and subdomains that are associated with the domain you are currently viewing. To create a subdomain, simply click on the Add a Subdomain button and provide the domain name and the hosting account details for the subdomain.

Once you have created the subdomain, you will need to configure the domain settings. To do this, you will need to access the Namecheap DNS settings and enter the domain name and hosting account details for the subdomain.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with DNS records or cPanel, we recommend contacting your web hosting provider for assistance with creating a subdomain. Incorrectly editing DNS records can result in your website becoming unavailable.

You will also need to ensure that the domain is hosted on Namecheap hosting and that the domain is registered with Namecheap.

Finally, you will need to add the subdomain to your cPanel account. To do this, click on the Domains button and then select the domain you wish to add the subdomain to.

Once inside the Domains page, click on the Subdomains button and select the subdomain you wish to add. You will then need to enter the domain name and hosting account details for the subdomain.

Once you have added the subdomain to your cPanel account, you can access the domain settings by clicking on the Subdomains button and then selecting the subdomain you wish to view the domain settings for. You will then be able to configure the domain name and hosting account details for the subdomain.

In conclusion, creating a subdomain in cPanel Namecheap is relatively easy. However, you will need to ensure that the domain is hosted on Namecheap hosting and that the domain is registered with Namecheap.
