How Do I Create a Support Ticket on Fiverr?

If you’re having trouble with a Fiverr gig, the best way to get help is to create a support ticket. Here’s how:

First, log into your Fiverr account and click on the “Help” link at the top of the page.

Next, click on the “Submit a Ticket” button.

On the next page, fill out the form with as much detail as possible about your issue. Be sure to include:

PRO TIP: When creating a support ticket on Fiverr, please be aware that you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, and/or phone number. This information will be used to help resolve your issue. Please do not include any sensitive information in your support ticket that you would not want to be shared with a third party.

-A brief description of the problem
-The URL of the gig in question (if applicable)
-Any relevant screenshots or other files that will help us understand your issue

Once you’ve filled out the form, click on the “Submit” button.
