How do I create a TXT record in Namecheap?

When creating a TXT record in Namecheap, you will first need to create an account. After creating an account, you will need to navigate to the Domains & Hosting section of the website. Under the Domains & Hosting section, you will find the TXT record section.

In the TXT record section, you will find the Add TXT Record button. When you click the Add TXT Record button, the Add TXT Record Wizard will launch.

The Add TXT Record Wizard will ask you to provide a name for the TXT record, a description of the TXT record, and a hostname. After providing the information necessary to create the TXT record, the Add TXT Record Wizard will ask you to provide a record type. The record type you will need to select when creating a TXT record in Namecheap is CNAME. After selecting the record type, the Add TXT Record Wizard will ask you to provide the hostname of the hostname that you want the TXT record to point to. After providing the hostname, the Add TXT Record Wizard will ask you to provide the TXT record data. The TXT record data will need to be provided in the form of a TXT record.
