There are multiple ways to create vector shapes in Photoshop. The first way is to use the Pen tool.

With the Pen tool, you can click and drag to create straight lines and curves. To create a vector shape with the Pen tool, click on the “Create a new shape layer” icon at the bottom of the Layers panel.

Next, use the Pen tool to click and drag out your shape. To create a curve, click and hold down the mouse button while you drag out a line, then release the mouse button.

To create a straight line, simply click and drag without holding down the mouse button. When you’re finished creating your shape, press Enter or Return to complete the shape.

You can also use Photoshop’s Shape tools to create vector shapes. The Shape tools include the Rectangle Tool, Rounded Rectangle Tool, Ellipse Tool, Polygon Tool, and Line Tool. To use one of these tools, simply select it from the toolbar and then click and drag out your shape on the canvas.

When you’re finished creating your vector shape, you can add color by clicking on the “Fill” icon in the toolbar and choosing a color from the color palette. You can also add stroke colors by clicking on the “Stroke” icon in the toolbar and choosing a color from the color palette. Stroke colors will add a border around your vector shape.

If you want to edit your vector shape, simply select it with one of Photoshop’s Selection tools and then make your changes. You can move individual points around with the Pen tool or Direct Selection tool, or you can use Photoshop’s Freeform Pen tool to click and drag out new points anywhere on your shape.
