Anchor links, also known as “page jump” links, are a great way to help direct your website visitors to specific content on your page. By clicking on an anchor link, the visitor is taken to the specific point on the page that you have set the anchor link to.
You can create anchor links in Wix using the following steps:

- First, identify the piece of text or image on your page that you want to turn into an anchor link. This will be the “anchor” for your link.
- Next, open the Wix Editor and select the “Add” button from the left-hand menu. From the list of options that appears, select “More. “
- Now, select “HTML Code” from the list of options.
- A new box will appear where you can enter your HTML code. In this box, type in the following code: .
Make sure to replace “anchor” with a unique name for your link.
- Now, select the piece of text or image that you want to turn into an anchor link and click on the link icon in the Wix Editor. A pop-up box will appear.
- In this pop-up box, type in “#anchor” (replacing “anchor” with the unique name you chose in Step 4). This will tell the link where to take the user when it’s clicked.
- You can also add a title for your anchor link in this pop-up box. This title will appear when someone hovers over your anchor link. When you’re finished, click “OK.”
