Interactive PDFs are a great way to engage your audience and add an extra layer of interactivity to your document. Canva makes it easy to create an interactive PDF with their drag-and-drop design platform.
To get started, log in to your Canva account and click on the “Create a design” button. Then, select the “Document” option from the list of templates.
Once you’re in the document editor, you can start adding interactive elements to your PDF. To do this, click on the “Interactive” tab in the editor sidebar. This will open up a library of interactive elements that you can add to your document.
Some of the most popular interactive elements include:
• Buttons: Buttons are a great way to let your readers know where they can go to learn more about a certain topic or take an action. To add a button to your PDF, simply drag and drop it onto your document. Then, enter the URL or text that you want the button to link to.
• Links: Links are another way to add interactivity to your PDF. To add a link, select the text or image that you want to turn into a link.
Then, click on the “Link” icon in the editor toolbar. This will open up a window where you can enter the URL that you want the link to go to.
• Audio: Audio is a great way to add another dimension to your PDF. To add audio, click on the “Audio” icon in the editor toolbar.
This will open up a library of audio clips that you can choose from. Simply select the audio clip that you want to use and drag it onto your document.
• Video: Video is another great way to engage your reader. To add video, click on the “Video” icon in the editor toolbar. This will open up a window where you can enter the URL of the video that you want to embed into your PDF.
Once you’ve added all of the interactive elements that you want, it’s time to export your PDF. To do this, click on the “File” menu in the top-left corner of the editor and select “Download as…” from the drop-down menu. Then, choose “PDF (Interactive)” from the list of file formats and click on ��Export”
