How Do I Cut and Paste a Picture Into Another Picture in Photoshop?

In Photoshop, there are a few different ways to cut and paste a picture into another picture. One way is to use the ‘Select’ tool and ‘Paste’ command.

Another way is to use the ‘Pen’ tool.
