It’s easy to deactivate your Canva account if you’re no longer using it. Just follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Canva account and click on the ‘Profile’ tab in the top right-hand corner.
2. Scroll down to the ‘Account Settings’ section and click on the ‘Deactivate Account’ link.
3. Enter your password in the ‘Deactivate Account’ pop-up window and click on the ‘Deactivate’ button.
Your account has now been deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in or access your Canva account.
If you change your mind, you can always reactivate your account.
PRO TIP: If you are considering deactivating your Canva account, please be aware that this action is irreversible. Once you deactivate your account, you will no longer be able to access any of your designs or account information. We recommend downloading any designs you wish to keep before deactivating your account.
