How Do I Direct My Google Domain to Wix?

There are two ways to direct your Google Domain to Wix: connecting your domain to Wix, or transferring your domain to Wix.

Connecting your domain means that you’ll keep your domain registered with Google Domains, and your site will be hosted on Wix. You can connect your domain by pointing your DNS (Domain Name System) to Wix.

To transfer your domain to Wix, you’ll need to first unlock it, then generate an authorization code. Once you have both of those, you can start the transfer process on the Wix platform.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to use Wix as your website builder and host, do not use Google Domains as your domain registrar.
