How Do I Disable a Customer Account on Weebly?

Assuming you would like to disable a customer account on Weebly, here are the steps you would need to follow:

1. Log in to your Weebly account

2. Click on the “Account” tab at the top right-hand corner of the screen

Select “Billing & Account Info” from the drop-down menu

4. Scroll down to the “Cancel Account” section and click on the “Cancel My Account” button

5. Enter your password when prompted and click on the “Cancel My Account” button again to confirm

Your customer’s account will now be disabled and they will no longer have access to their Weebly site.

PRO TIP: Weebly does not offer the ability to disable a customer account. If you need to disable a customer’s access to your Weebly site, you will need to delete their account.
