How Do I Download Figma on Ubuntu?

Figma is a cloud-based design tool that lets you collaborate on vector illustrations, user interfaces, and typography in real time. It’s free to use and available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

To download Figma on Ubuntu:

1. Go to the Figma website (https://www.figma.com/) and click the “Download” button.

2. Select “Linux” from the drop-down menu.

3. Click the “Download for Linux” button.

4. Open the downloaded file (figma-linux-x64.zip) and extract the contents to your preferred location.

5. Open the extracted folder and double-click on “figma” to launch the app.

6. Follow the prompts to sign in or create a new account.

PRO TIP: Figma is a powerful design tool that is available for free to download on Ubuntu. However, before downloading Figma, it is important to note that the program is still in beta. This means that there may be some bugs and glitches that have not been ironed out yet. Additionally, Figma only works on 64-bit versions of Ubuntu. If you are running a 32-bit version of Ubuntu, you will not be able to use Figma.
