How do I download root certificate from GoDaddy?

If you need to get a root certificate from GoDaddy, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your GoDaddy account.

2. In the navigation bar, click Certificates.

3. On the Certificates page, click the Root Certificate link.

4. On the Root Certificate page, click the Download button.

5. In the Download dialog box, enter the filename for the root certificate in the File name field.

6. Click Save.

19. In the Trust Center dialog box, under the SSL Certificate Details heading, click the Trust button.

20. In the Navigation pane, under the website name, click the Security tab.

21. In the Security tab, under the General heading, click the SSL Certificate link.

22. In the SSL Certificate page, under the Details heading, click the Trust button.

23. In the Trust Center dialog box, under the SSL Certificate Details heading, click the OK button.

24. In the navigation bar, click the Application Security tab.

25. In the Application Security tab, under the General heading, click the SSL Certificate link.

26. In the Application Security tab, under the General heading, click the Application Security Policies link.

27. In the Application Security Policies page, under the SSL Certificate link, click the Edit link.

28. In the Application Security Policies page, under the SSL Certificate Distribution heading, click the Add button.

29. In the Add SSL Certificate dialog box, enter the following information:

  • Name: GoDaddy Root Certificate
  • Description: This is the certificate that GoDaddy provided to you to use with your website.

36. In the Application Security Policies page, under the SSL Certificate Distribution heading, click the Remove button.
