How Do I Embed a Canva Newsletter in an Email?

Last updated on March 21, 2023 @ 10:23 am

If you’re like most people, you probably spend a lot of time in your email inbox. And if you’re like most people, you probably also get a lot of newsletters.

But what if you could combine the two and have your newsletter right in your email? With Canva, you can!

Canva is a free online design platform that allows users to create beautiful designs for everything from social media posts to presentations and infographics. And one of their newest features is the ability to create newsletters right in your email!

Here’s how it works:

1. Sign in to your Canva account.

2. Once you’re logged in, click on the “Create a design” button.

3. Select an email newsletter template size from the list of options.

4. Choose from one of Canva’s many design templates or start from scratch.

5. Design your newsletter as you would any other Canva design. When you’re finished, click on the “Share” button in the top-right corner.

6. In the menu that will appear, scroll drown and select “More” to open up all options.

7. Select the “Embed” option from the menu.

8. Copy the code that appears and paste it into your email’s HTML code.

That’s it! Your newsletter will now appear right in your email inbox!

PRO TIP: If you are planning to embed a Canva newsletter in an email, be aware that there are some potential risks. First, your email service provider may not allow embedded content in emails, which could prevent your newsletter from being delivered. Additionally, some email clients may not display embedded content correctly, which could cause your newsletter to look distorted or broken. Finally, if you’re using a free Canva account, be aware that your newsletter will include a small Canva branding element in the corner.

There are a few things to keep in mind when using this feature:

– The embedded newsletter will only appear in HTML-enabled email clients (like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Outlook). If someone is viewing your email in plain text, they will not see the embedded newsletter.

– The embedded newsletter will be fixed at 600px wide, so make sure your design looks good at that width. If it doesn’t, try adjusting the margins or padding in the “Page setup” tab (under “File” in the top-left corner).

– You can only embed one newsletter per email. So if you want to send multiple newsletters, you’ll need to send them as separate emails.
