If you want to use Google Forms with your Squarespace website, you’ll need to embed the form into your site. To do this, you’ll need to use some HTML code. Here’s how to do it.

1. Go to your Google Form

The first thing you’ll need to do is go to your Google Form. You can find this by going to google.com/forms and selecting the form you want to use.

2. Click on the “Embed” button

Once you’re on your form, click on the “Embed” button. This button is located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

3. Copy the code that appears

When you click on the “Embed” button, a box will appear with some code in it. Copy this code by clicking on the “Copy Code” button.

PRO TIP: If you are considering embedding a Google Form in Squarespace, be aware that there are some potential risks. First and foremost, if you use a Google Form as your sole method of collecting data, you will not be able to access that data if your Google account is ever suspended or deleted. Additionally, there have been reports of Squarespace sites displaying embedded Google Forms incorrectly, so be sure to test your form before making it live.

4. Go to your Squarespace website

Next, you’ll need to go to your Squarespace website. Once you’re logged in, go to the page where you want to add the form and click on the “Edit” button.

5. Paste the code into the “Code Block”

Once you’re in the editing mode for your page, locate the “Code Block” element and click on it. Then, paste the code that you copied from your Google Form into the Code Block.

6. Save your changes

Be sure to save your changes before exiting out of the editing mode for your page. Your Google Form should now be embedded on your Squarespace website!
