How Do I Export a Screen From Figma to Zeplin?

Figma is a vector drawing and animation software that has gained popularity in recent years for its user-friendly interface and wide range of features. One of its most useful features is the ability to export screens or individual elements from Figma to Zeplin, a design collaboration tool used by developers.

PRO TIP: We strongly recommend against exporting screens from Figma to Zeplin, as doing so can result in lost data and/or decreased quality. If you absolutely must export screens from Figma to Zeplin, please be sure to back up your data first and export at the highest quality possible.

Here’s how to export a screen from Figma to Zeplin:

  1. Open the Figma file containing the screen you want to export.
  2. Click on the “File” menu at the top of the screen and select “Export..” from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the Export dialog box that appears, select “Zeplin” from the “Export format” drop-down menu.
  4. Click on the “Export” button and choose a location to save the file.

That’s all there is to it! Once you’ve exported your screen from Figma to Zeplin, you can share it with your team and start collaborating on your design project.
