Last updated on January 13, 2023 @ 12:08 pm

Are you looking to export your WooCommerce product images? In this article, we’ll show you how to do it in just a few clicks. By the end of this article, you’ll know how to:

  • Select which product image you want to export
  • Choose the format for your export
  • Send your images to the desired destination

How to Export a WooCommerce Product Image

1. Start by selecting the product image you wish to export.

In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Products. From here, you can click on any product to edit it. Once you’ve selected the product image you wish to export, click on the “Export” button in the top-right corner of the screen.

This will open up a modal window where you can choose the format for your export. You can either choose .csv, which is a comma-separated values file, or .xlsx, which is an Excel spreadsheet file.

If you’re not sure which format to choose, we recommend going with .csv as it’s the most widely compatible.

2. Next, select where you want to send your exported file.

In the same modal window, you’ll see a section called “Send Method”. Here, you can choose whether to send your file via email or download it directly to your computer.

If you choose to download the file directly, it will be saved in the default folder on your computer (usually the “Downloads” folder). If you choose to send it via email, simply enter the email address where you want it sent and click on the “Export” button.

That’s it! You’ve now successfully exported a WooCommerce product image.

Now that you know how easy it is to export WooCommerce product images, why not try it yourself? And if you run into any problems, feel free to leave a comment below and we’ll be happy to help out.

PRO TIP: When exporting WooCommerce product images, be sure to back up all images first. If something goes wrong during the export process, you could lose all your product images.
