How Do I Export an Entire Figma File?

Last updated on September 29, 2022 @ 10:19 am

Figma is a vector graphics editor and design tool, developed by Figma, Inc. Figma is used by web developers, UX designers, graphic designers, and product designers. It is available for macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Designers can use Figma to create prototypes, wireframes, and production-ready designs. The software has a real-time collaboration feature that allows multiple users to work on the same file simultaneously.

PRO TIP: When exporting a Figma file, be aware that you will be exporting all assets and design elements in the file. This includes any layers, frames, or objects that are not currently visible. Make sure to only export the elements you need to avoid exporting unnecessary data.

Figma files can be exported as PNG, JPEG, PDF, or SVG files. To export an entire Figma file:

1. Open the file in Figma. 2. Click the Export button in the top bar.

3. Select All under the Export dropdown menu. 4. Choose your desired file format and click Export.
