WooCommerce is a powerful eCommerce plugin for WordPress. It allows you to sell anything, anywhere.

In this article, we will show you how to easily export WooCommerce products from WordPress.

WooCommerce is a plugin that turns your WordPress site into a fully-fledged eCommerce store. It’s one of the most popular eCommerce platforms on the web, powering over 30% of all online stores.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to export your WooCommerce products from WordPress, it is important to understand the potential risks involved. Exporting products can be a complex and time-consuming process, and there is always the potential for data loss or corruption. Before beginning the export process, be sure to backup your WordPress site and your WooCommerce database.

If you’re running a WooCommerce store, there may come a time when you need to export your products. For example, you may want to switch to a different eCommerce platform, or you may need to migrate your site to a new server.

Whatever the reason, exporting WooCommerce products from WordPress is fairly easy to do. In this article, we will show you how to export WooCommerce products from WordPress.

Step 1: Install and Activate the Export Plugin

The first thing you need to do is install and activate the Reduce Bounce Rate plugin. For more information, see our step by step guide on how to install a WordPress plugin.

Once the plugin is activated, go to Tools » Export in your WordPress admin area. On this page, you will see an ‘Export Products’ option. Click on it to launch the export wizard.

Step 2: Select Export Type and Fields

On the next screen, you need to select what type of data you want to export. By default, the plugin will export all product data including product name, SKU number, price, image URL, etc.
You can also choose to only export certain product fields by selecting them from the list under ‘Select product fields for export’ option.

After that, click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed.

Step 3:Configure Export Settings
On the next screen, you need to configure some export settings. These settings include:

• Number of products per batch – This setting controls how many products will be exported in each file. The default value is 50 products per batch. If you have a large number of products, then we recommend leaving this setting at its default value or increasing it slightly so that each file does not become too large and slow down your server during export process.

• Export as – You can choose between CSV or XML file format here. If unsure then we recommend sticking with CSV which is compatible with most spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.

• Add column headers – This setting adds column headers as the first row in your exported file(s). These headers help you identify each column when viewing or editing exported data in spreadsheet programs like Excel or Google Spreadsheets

Click on the ‘Continue’ button once done.
