Assuming you have a WooCommerce store set up and products ready to sell, the first step is to log in and go to your Dashboard. From there, hover over the “Orders” tab and select “Add Order.”
You’ll be brought to a screen where you can search for the customer by their name, email address, or order number. Once you’ve found them, click on their name to select them.
Once the customer is selected, you’ll be able to fill in their information on the left-hand side of the screen. This includes their billing and shipping addresses, as well as any notes you want to include about the order.
There are a few different ways that you can fulfill orders in WooCommerce. You can do it yourself, or you can use a fulfillment service. If you are fulfilling orders yourself, you will need to make sure that you have enough time and resources to do so. If you are using a fulfillment service, you will need to make sure that they are reliable and that they can get the products to your customers on time.
Whichever way you choose to fulfill orders, make sure that you do it in a timely and efficient manner. Your customers will appreciate it, and it will help to keep your business running smoothly.
On the right-hand side of the screen is where you’ll add products to the order. You can search for products by name or SKU, and then add them to the order by clicking on the “Add product(s)” button.
Once you’ve added all of the products to the order, you can adjust quantities if necessary and calculate shipping costs. You can also add any discounts or coupons that apply to the order.
When you’re finished, click on the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up a confirmation screen where you can review all of the order details one last time before finalizing it.
After an order is placed in WooCommerce, there are a few different ways to fulfill it. The most common way is to ship the products directly to the customer, but you could also choose to hand-deliver them or have them pick up the order from your store.
To ship an order, simply click on it in your Orders list and select “Ship.” This will bring up a popup window where you can enter in tracking information for the shipment. Once you’ve entered in all of the relevant information, click on “Ship Now” and WooCommerce will take care of everything else.
