If you’re not happy with a Wix product, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Here’s how:

Go to https://www.com/my-account/refunds. You’ll be asked to log in to your Wix account.

Click Request a Refund. You’ll be asked why you’re requesting a refund.

Select the reason from the drop-down menu and click Submit. Your refund request will be sent to our team for review.

If your refund is approved, you’ll receive an email letting you know and the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
