How Do I Get HTML CSS From Wix?

Last updated on September 30, 2022 @ 11:53 pm

There are many ways to get HTML CSS from Wix. You can use the Wix platform to create and edit your HTML CSS code, or you can use a third-party tool like Dreamweaver or Sublime Text.

If you want to use the Wix platform to create and edit your code, you first need to sign up for a free account. Once you have an account, you can log in and access the Wix Editor. The Wix Editor is a what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) editor that makes it easy to create and edit HTML code.

PRO TIP: While it is possible to get HTML CSS from Wix, it is not recommended. Wix is a drag-and-drop website builder and does not give you full control over your website’s code. This can result in code that is not valid or well-formed, which can cause problems with your website.

To access the HTML code of your site, go to the ‘Pages’ tab in the left-hand sidebar and click on the page you want to edit. In the top bar, click ‘Edit Code’. This will open the code editor where you can make changes to your HTML code.

If you want to use a third-party tool like Dreamweaver or Sublime Text, you will need to export your site from Wix. To do this, go to the ‘Settings’ tab in the left-hand sidebar and click ‘Export & Import’. From here, you can export your site as an HTML file.

Once you have your HTML file, you can open it in Dreamweaver or Sublime Text and make changes to your code. When you’re finished, you can upload your changes back to Wix by going to the ‘Settings’ tab and clicking ‘Import & Export’.
