How Do I Give Permission to Figma?

When you create something using Figma, you own the copyright to that work. However, when you use someone else’s Figma file, they retain the copyright to their work.

In order to give someone else permission to use your Figma file, you’ll need to send them a link to the file with edit permissions. Edit permissions can be found in the Share menu, under Link Settings.

There are three different types of edit permissions that you can give to someone:
