How Do I Hide Gridlines in Figma?

Last updated on September 29, 2022 @ 10:29 am

There are a few ways to hide gridlines in Figma. The first way is to simply select the “Hide Gridlines” option in the View menu. This will hide all gridlines in the current workspace. The second way is to use the “Lock” option in the Layers panel.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that hiding gridlines in Figma may affect your ability to align objects correctly. If you are not careful, your objects may appear to be misaligned or out of place.

This will lock all layers in the current workspace, preventing any changes from being made. Finally, you can use the “Export” option in the File menu to export your design as an image or PDF. This will remove all gridlines from the exported file.
