There are a few different ways that you can import a Canva template into Word. One way is to export the file as a PDF, and then open it in Word. Another way is to export the file as an image, and then insert it into a Word document.
To export the file as a PDF, first, open the template in Canva. Then, click the “Download” button in the top-right corner of the screen.
In the drop-down menu, select “PDF.” Finally, click the “Export” button.
To export the file as an image, first, open the template in Canva.
In the drop-down menu, select “PNG.
Once you have exported the file, open it in Word. To do this, click the “File” tab in the top-left corner of the screen.
Then, click “Open.” In the pop-up window, select the location of your file, and then click “Open.”
Now that your Canva template is open in Word, you can edit it however you like! To style text, you can use the “Format” tab in the top-left corner of the screen. From here, you can change things like font size and color, alignment, and spacing.
If you want to change something about your design that isn’t text – like adding a new image or moving something around – you’ll need to export your design as an image again and insert it into Word. To do this: first, make your changes in Canva.
Then click on the “Download” button in the top-right corner of Canva and select “PNG.” Export your design and insert it into Word just like you did before.
