How Do I Import a Sketch File Into Figma?

Sketch is a vector drawing and animation software for Mac OS X. It is developed by Bohemian Coding.

Figma is a vector graphics editor and prototyping tool – the first online tool with collaboration features.

Here’s how to import a Sketch file into Figma:

  1. First, open your Sketch file in Sketch.
  2. Click on File > Export. Choose the format you want to export as (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc. ), then click Export. Save the file to your desktop or another location.
  3. Next, open Figma in your web browser.
  4. Click on the + button in the left sidebar to create a new file.
  5. Click on the Upload button in the center of the screen.
